At TriPower we offer many different coaching packages, mostly depending on your specific sport and your individual needs. For multisport athletes, we offer one coaching package, the Gold coaching package. For single sport athletes, we offer individual coaching for cycling and running clients. We also offer individual services to local clients as well and those details can also be found below.
- Professional coaching in running, cycling or multisports
- A flexible personal program designed for you to help you achieve your race goals for the season
- One on one coaching
- Training program for pre and post season
- Client initiated phone consultation, time determined by your program level
- Specific workouts in running, swimming and cycling
- Heart rate based training available
- Power based training available (cycling only)
- Swim workouts and windtrainer workouts as prescribed by your individual program
- Technical consultation on diet, equipment, race and training psychology available
- Weight training schedules in appropriate seasons
- Training for off season goals, such as running improvement, out of season marathon, etc
- Each week, the Tripower coaches send you a personalized schedule via e-mail based on your time available to train, your individual specifics and the races that you are preparing for.
- You will be invited to join the TriPower e-community of other athletes that are coached by TriPower coaches throughout the U.S. and worldwide. This e-group is a valuable resource to communicate with other athletes about training tips, equipment, knowledge of race venues and training areas to visit.
