Tuesday: Run workout, Carlsbad Rail Trail at 6:30pm. Every week we do a run interval workout on the paved trail that parallels the RR tracks. The trail is marked every 100m. Each week is a mix of intervals that total 3 miles.
Wednesday: Open water swim, Agua Hedionda Lagoon, Carlsbad. Meet at the cul de sac at the end of Harbor Drive. Start time depends on sunrise. This is a March through October workout.
Thursday: Pool swim workout, Carlsbad Monroe Street pool (next to Carlsbad High School), 7pm.
Saturday: Group long ride, location and distance varies week to week.
Sunday: Group long run, two options, one group meets at Magee Park in Carlsbad Village for a long run along the coast. The other group meets in Rancho Santa Fe for a long run on the horse trails.
